My name is Deanna Delaney. I am a registered nurse and a certified Life Coach, and Personal Trainer. I am currently taking a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I have 20 years of experience in nursing , and I have lived my life as an avid health and fitness addict.I have a passion for helping people live healthier lives.
When I am not working, I spend my time outside with nature. I love grooming and riding my horses and enjoying farm life.
I can also be found reading and delving into spiritual studies, and recording meditations.
I have struggled with my own health issues and have been challenged to make major lifestyle changes along the way.
I have learned that in order to restore a healthy body, we must find balance.
Our body is a living machine that requires proper nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and emotional well-being to remain in alignment.
The Body, Mind, and Spirit are ALL connected.
When one of these components is out of balance, the rest of the body follows suit. This sets up a recipe for disease and chronic illness.
At the age of 60, I am in prime health. How is this possible? I eat healthy, work out daily, ride horses, spend time in silence to de-stress.
My goal is to help you restore your health through nutrition, movement, and stress reduction practices. Once you discover what your body needs,you will have the tools to take back the control of your own health.
