What can a Health and Wellness Coach do for me?

By building a relationship with my clients, I become your accountability partner. I will help you stay motivated and on track in a non- judgmental atmosphere. Together we will set goals, change habits, and have fun along the way.

What makes your coaching technique unique from others?

You will have the added benefit of working with an experienced nurse. I will review your health history. I specialize in habit change and creating healthy lifestyles using a holistic approach. I will develop a specialized program that fits you and your specific needs to attain optimal health.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?


 I believe that it takes 90 days to change a habit and make it stick. My program is set up in 12 weekly sessions. Each session builds on the previous one.

One hour a week is spent together via the telephone or computer video. You will receive the counseling from the comfort of your own home.

How do we get started?


The first step is to schedule a free introductory session. In that session, we will work together to identify the goals and healthy habit changes you desire to restore balance in your life.
